Beberapa Tips Sukses Dalam Wawancara kerja

Wawancara kerja adalah suatu jenis tahapan dalam seleksi kerja yang melibatkan percakapan antara pelamar/pencari kerja dengan pihak perwakilan dari organisasi. Hasil dari wawancara atau interiew ini tentu akan menentukan bagaimana nasib dari pelamar, apakah dia bisa diterima atau tidak di perusahaan yang dilamarnya. Oleh karena itu, sebisa mungkin sebelum memulai interview, kita harus dapat mempersiapkan diri sebaik mungkin.

Masalah-masalah yang terjadi kepada seseorang yang sedang menjalani interview kebanyakan adalah karena grogi atau tidak percaya diri. Jika Anda ingin meningkatkan peluang diterima kerja, maka perlu persiapan matang. Berikut ini beberapa tips persiapan wawancara kerja:

  1.  Cari Informasi Tentang Perusahaan Sebanyak Mungkin

Anda juga perlu menggali info tentang perusahaan, Tujuannya untuk menujukkan bahwa Anda memang bersungguh-sungguh. Usahakan untuk mencari info perusahaan sedetail mungkin. Mulai dari sejarah, profil, lingkungan, dan apapun itu.

  2.  Pahami Posisi yang Anda Lamar

Anda juga perlu mempelajari posisi yang Anda lamar. Karena hal tersebut berkaitan dengan tugas  di perusahaan tersebut di kemudian hari. pastikan Anda benar-benar paham dengan posisi tersebut.

  3.  Tunjukan Potensi Diri

Berusahalah untuk menunjukkan potensi Anda semaksimal mungkin. Anda dapat membuat catatan singkat tentang pengalaman berorganisasi dan kepanitiaan selama kuliah, pengalaman magang kerja, bakat serta keterampilan yang anda miliki.

  4.  Persiapkan Dokumen Penting yang Hendak Dibawa

Persiapkan dokumen-dokumen penting yang harus dibawa. Misalnya, CV, fotokopi ijazah, transkip nilai, foto, dan sebagainya.

  5.   Datang Tepat Waktu, Jangan Sampai Terlambat

Tepat waktu adalah cara bagi pewawancara untuk menilai seberapa bagus management waktu yang Anda miliki. maka usahakan jangan sampai datang terlambat. Usahakan datang 30 menit lebih awal sebelum tes dimulai. Anda dapat memanfaat waktu tersebut untuk beristirahat, berdoa, berlatih atau sebagainya.

  6.  Berpakaian Rapi dan Sopan

Penampilan adalah hal pertama yang dinilai. Apabila anda tampil rapi dan sopan, maka first impression Anda juga akan baik. Penampilan adalah cerminan dari kepribadian.

  7.  Perhatikan Bahasa Tubuh

Setiap tingkah laku Anda juga akan dinilai. Pastikan anda memperhatikan bahasa tubuh Anda. cobalah memberikan senyuman kepada pewawancara, tak lupa jabat tangannya, duduklah secara tegak dan jangan membungkuk, lakukan kontak mata dengan pewawancara, jangan terlihat tegang, usahakan Anda tampil dengan berwibawa.

  8. Berikan Jawaban Secara Singkat, Jangan Bertele-tele

Jawablah pertanyaan dengan singkat padat dan jelas. Jangan bertele-tele, sebab itu hanya akan membuat si pewawancara jadi bosan. Anda harus fokus dengan pertanyaan yang diberikan.

  9.  Ajukan Pertanyaan yang Wajar

Agar tidak terkesan pasif, tak ada salahnya anda memberikan pertanyaan saat wawancara. Sebab dengan Anda mengajukan pertayaan itu menunjukkan bahwa Anda memiliki ketertarikan terhadap pekerjaan tersebut. Adapun pertanyaan yang harus diajukan, sebaiknya yang wajar-wajar saja. Misalnya seputar job desk posisi yang Anda lamar, negosiasi gaji atau sejenisnya.

  10. Terakhir, Jangan Lupa Berjabat Tangan dan Ucapkan Terima Kasih

Untuk memberikan kesan yang baik, pastikan Anda berjabat tangan dan jangan lupa mengucapkan terima kasih.

Itulah beberapa tips yang dapat anda lakukan sebelum melakukan wawancara. Yang terpenting anda harus percaya diri dan jangan lupa berdoa.

Eid Fitr's Holiday

Eid day this year I went to Grandma's house in Klaten. I went with my family and brother. On May 30, 2019 at 9:00 a.m., we departed from home by car. In the morning upon arrival in Klaten, my brother there had gathered waiting for our arrival. happy to be able to meet and gather with many brothers there. And every afternoon, my cousin and I always cycle to wait for fasting while others prepare food for breaking fast.

Eid al-Fitr day finally arrived, a day awaited by all Muslims in the world to celebrate the day. I am very happy and happy because it can still be reunited on the Eid al-Fitr this year. In the morning, I wake up early to do Eid prayer. I was awakened by my mother to dawn prayers, take a shower, and get ready not to oversleep. After the brothers and I were all ready, we went to the field together for Eid prayer.

after completing the Eid prayer, I and the others went home. At home, we all apologize to each other. After that we visited our other brother's house. After visiting your house, we immediately ate meatballs and other food prepared. And we also spend time together telling each other stories.

That's my activity during the Eid holiday this year. Even though I did not go to the recreation area, the experience gained during my grandmother's house could make me happy because I could fast and celebrate Eid al-Fitr together with many of the brothers there. I hope that next year I can gather with them and celebrate Eid al-Fitr together

Stories A Few Years Ago

Several years ago, my family and I went to grandma's house. The area of ​​my grandmother's house is still a village. in the morning, even though the day was still dark, my brother and I were eager to ride bicycles, incidentally my mother and aunt wanted to buy vegetables on the roadside. After arriving on the highway I and my brother parted ways with my mother and aunt. My brother and I continued the trip by bicycle. We are very happy because we rarely feel cycling in the morning with air and scenes that we rarely see in cities. because we enjoyed our trip too much until we forgot the way home, we forgot which road we had passed.

We got lost through the residents' gardens, we wondered with the residents but we did not understand Javanese. We continue cycling to find a way home. In the middle of our trip, we passed graves and large trees. We keep going, but we keep going through the road with this big tree. Until finally there were residents who helped us to show the highway. But the highway is still far from our grandmother's house. We kept walking and asking the local people, until finally after a long time around 9:00 a.m , we arrived at Grandma's house. Arriving at grandma's house we were asked about our trip. After we told them according to my brothers there, it turned out that we were lost in the opposite village and the big tree that we met earlier did have a pretty horrible story.

Prambanan Temple

Prambanan Temple has 240 temples namely Trimurti Temple, Wahana Temple, Apit Temple, Kelir Temple, Patok Temple, Perwara Temple. Prambanan Temple has very interesting temple reliefs. At Prambanan temple we can see the Ramayana Prambanan ballet performance every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and we can also enter the Prambanan temple history museum.

We can make Prambanan Temple as a vacation spot with family. Prambanan Temple has a very interesting beauty to visit. If we visit Prambanan temple in the afternoon, we can see the beautiful scenery of the evening sun in orange visible between the temple buildings, making the Prambanan temple look more beautiful. Prambanan temple attractions are very visited by various tourists every day, and will continue to increase during the holiday season. Prambanan temple is opened from 08.00 - 17.00 WIB. In this era, people prefer do an online transaction. To make people interest, we do an innovation creating a supermarket without cashier. We provide application for complete the payment. Customer just click the stuff that you want to buy on the screen, then scan the QR code, and your purchase will be appear on the virtual cashier. The credits that you have top up on the app will be automatically cut off.

We choose this business because it can make people easier in doing transaction so people don’t need to bring cash when they’re shopping. Because the payment already done by application. We targeting this businnes to persons who already had a credit card in bank because the app need a credit card account to do an online payment. This mode of payment has paved way for the online shopping, with which you can simply buy items directly from your home without going anywhere. The age of heavy wallets is gone with the introduction of digital payment systems. If you have never tried making a transaction through these systems, you’re really missing out.

The benefit of our business with virtual cashier for the company are to attract people because of our unique payment system in that supermarket. Then the  company can save more money because we don’t need to hire the employees. And the benefit for the people are making easier in transaction with cashless system and minimize the pobability of pickpocket, and save more time. Carrying cash with you can sometimes get you into risky situations, as you can simply be robbed or you may even lose your wallet full of cash.

COMPARING 2 TREND BUSINESS IN 2019

So many lifestyle changes that happened in the beginning of 2019. It’s because of the technological development has changed the mindset of human race and now they can invent a communication tools which people can keep in touch from one to the other without worried about space and time. In this globalization era, technology also make some new innovations such as social media application and even a websites to make people easier to communicate to more than just their relatives, even they can meet new people from worldwide.

From that statement, we would like to comparing 2 types of trend business that exist in the past of 2019 until now. The first one is Bluebird Taxi. We know that five years back before 2019 people who wants to go by taxi should order in the taxi pool nearby, and must wait which taxi are ready to be driven then see wether the driver is available or not. The payment is depends on the argometer which appear near the driver. The argometer would change the price if it’s traffic jam. So if the passanger who wants to go to far destination, the price of the taxi would be expensive. But now as the time goes by, we starting to know about android and iOS operating system and there we can download so many apps. One person has invented Go-Bluebird by GO-JEK app that also has linked with Bluebird Group. People now don’t need to go to Bluebird pool to order a taxi. Just open the app then choose destination as you wish. People can see the price and it already fixed and won’t be changed. Another business is Tokopedia. This is an app which people can do either online shopping and transaction such as, paying electricity, tv cable/streaming, airplane ticket, and even tax. People used to pay those by going to certain office. And tokopedia built to fasciliate people who are busy with their work.

The way to operate both business are create an application which already available for android and ios operating system so people can download it directly. For Go-JEK, the app is not only for customers. Company also create one app for the driver to accept or reject the passenger if the driver could not reach the destination that passanger wants.

The benefit of using Go-Jek App for order bluebird taxi is the price of the trip is cheaper than before. Because by ordering through Go-Jek, the price is count on the app, not the argometer. Sometimes this app also has a promocode so it can be more cheaper. And the benefit for using tokopedia app is for the customer are easier, no time consuming, and more efficient
