JOB DESCRIPTION
GO-JEK
Strategic management
Strategic Management consists of relatively small groups, which are responsible for the overall management of the organization. It was said that the top majager was because they were at the top of the managerial level. They are people who hold high positions in an organization, they are overall responsible for the management of the organization concerned.
The task or role is to establish operational policies and direct the organization to interact with its environment both micro and macro.

1.      President Director
·         Decide and determine the highest rules and policies of the company.
·         Responsible for leading and running the company.
·         Responsible for profits and losses suffered by the company
·         Plan and develop sources of income and expenditure on corporate wealth.
·         Determine the Strategy to achieve the company’s Vision-Mission
·         Coordinating and supervising all company activities ranging from administration, personnel to procurement of goods.

2. Deputy Director
–          Assist All Tasks of the President Director who are representatives in each area.

Technical Management
Middle Management covers more than one level within the organization. The middle manager directs the activities of other managers, also directs activities that carry out organizational policies.

IT manager
–          Develop Go-jek IT strategies and plans in terms of facilitating work in service to customers.
–          Coordinating and managing the utilization of software, hardware, brainware and networks in the ICT field to achieve the optimum performance of Go-Jek Indonesia.
–          Manage integrated system design services and device application programs.-          Providing data needed by other Part concerning IT
2. Front Office & Marketing Employee Director
–          Train, organize, train and calculate front office employees.
–          Ensure that employees know the computerized system, explain directly or through Go-jek’s telephone and operational standards.
–          disruption of customer limitations that cannot be completed by subordinates-          Make a customer list report.
–          Maintain discipline of office staff by providing sanctions and warnings for those who have problems.
–          Plan and determine something related to.
3. Financial Manager
– Coordinate budget planning
–          Develop a format for financial submission and accountability.
–          Coordinate the implementation of the audit
–          Perform a financial recording system.
–          Responsible for the deputy director.
–          Plan and make decisions about all accounting issues.
–          Receive reports of cash flows out and into the company.
4. Ojek Manager
–          Make groups of motorcycle taxi drivers
–          Coordinate all ojek drivers
–          Always control every Go-jek base line.
–          Responsible for mastering all motorcycle taxi drivers.
Staff Management
The lowest measurement management in the organization, which is responsible for the work of others.
1.      Employees:
Programming Field
·         Carry out all the work set by the IT manager in the Programming field
·         Responsible for the program to the IT manager.
Web field
·         Carry out all work set by IT managers in the Web field
·         Responsible for the program to the IT manager
Front Office (CS, Administration & Marketing)
·         Carry out all Front Office work set by Front office Managers and administration
·         Responsible for Front office managers and administration
Motorcycle taxis driver
·         Carry out all work determined by the manager of the motorcycle taxi department.
·         Delivering passengers and ordering according to the time specified and maintaining good relationships with customers.
·         Responsible for his supervisor.
